Southern California Street Music is the latest release by the Voodoo Glow Skulls.   This album like many of their previous albums is full of fast pace intense songs that make you want to dance until you cant stand.  This latest album is in my opinion more intense and out of control then their previous album. I would have to say this is their least SKA focused album to date with more punk influence then SKA.  Don’t think that this album has no SKA influence at all, its everywhere with blasting horns and the quick stop go stop go style you might be used to with Voodoo Glow Skulls.

With the release of this new album you can expect to see the Voodoo Glow Skulls back in action.  This album seems to breath some life back into this band that has been aging and growing a bit stagnant. But as you will see with this new album this isn’t the case at all.
