Abominations is the debut album for Schoolyard Heroes which is set to be released in September of 2007. This Seattle band who has been around for a while is off to a great start with this new album.

The lead singer (Ryann Donnelly) has a voice that can be charming and endearing one minute and then out of now where attacks you with dark and violent imagery that this band does so well with. 

This band crosses between screaming punk fucking rock to horror rock so very well.  Nearly all the songs are dark and morbid in that good way.
