Punk bands have always used humor to get their points across. Songs like “I Wanna Be Sedated”, “Hybrid Moments”, and “God Save The Queen” are funny in a dark, slightly sick way. But stand-up comics JT Habersaat, Chris Cubas, Joe Staats, Ruby Collins, and Jake Flores have taken the D.I.Y. ethics and disregard for the status quo to a whole new level.

The comics rip into pop culture, every day life, and every topic they can think of with irreverence and laugh-out-loud timing. They patently reject the prescribed styles and career paths of mainstream comics in favor of bringing their comedy to people at the grassroots level. Straightforward and honest, these radicals are not safe for public consumption – making them perfect for punk audiences.

Recently the comedians recorded some of their performances for their comedy album “Metal Up Live” from Altercation Records

The Altercation Punk Comedy Tour will be stopping by FEST 8 in Gainsville, Florida this upcoming Halloween.
