Promote yourself

Truepunk offers many ways for your band, label or group to promote yourselves on truepunk and have many features you can take advantage of!

Link Exchange
We are always looking for link exchanges. A link exchange not only shows that we support each others work, but helps drive traffice to each others websites. If this isn’t enough the fact that search engines will give each site better search listings in search engines and help make it easier for fans to finds each others work!

Lyrics database
If you’re band is not all ready in our database please add them using the “add lyrics” link in our links section. Or feel free to email us and we will manually add them. Include artist > Record > Song > lyrics for best results.

Advertise on truepunk.com
We have the cheapest ad prices on online for our number of visitors. We are a non profit so all the money we make goes to adding to the site or paying staff and supporting events in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Band database
We are activally trying to add new and old bands to our band archive. This archive will be home the tens of thosuands of punk bands from the years past and just coming to life. If you want your band added let us know.

Contests
Fans love contests, and its a great way to build new fans as well. Contests are some of the cheapest promotions you can get and we are always looking for new contests to offer to our visitors.

Featured
Getting featured on True Punk is the best way to now promote your band on the site. Being featured means we review all your past music (if we haven’t all ready) post a large article about your band and history, post links to lyrics and interesting sites and hopefully interviews and contests. This is a large package that tames time and help from the band/label/promoter.
